If did not work for yourself what makes you feel happy, who will make happy for you? According to the article” Don’t Let the Outside World Control Your Happiness”. By Rebecca Mckown. She said” Your happiness cannot come from the outside world. It must come from within you”.  If you were not happy in your life and wait for the occurrence of something that will change your life for the better. You certainly will wait a long time the task in life is to make yourself happy. It must convince yourself you are able to bring happiness and all its types. For example, some people believe that happiness does not exist in their life, so they try to find them from outside world. Thinking by this way very wrong, outside world do not know things that make us happy. We can feel happy with outside world at meet with other people but real happiness that comes from within. We must realize value of what we do for our lives, so we will be feel happiness in everything you do. It considered better from letting the outside world control to do our happiness.

It means start to break the small fears to become able to overcome on big fears to achieve the goals. By focusing on the result, it will be easy to access to the goals. For example, when I want to meet with new friends, I must focus how that will make me happy. The focus on the positive way will help us to reach our goal without anxiety and fears. Finally, we must start by limit tiny step out of the fears and that will a way to access our goal. Overcoming that fear is acquired skill sometimes it takes time and you will be able to get rid of your fear when the time is right.

For example, when they research for any information about specific subject, and they can get them easily by using library databases. In addition, many universities available kind of technology is online learning to help students to access their classes by creating visual classes remotely. Overall, Education is improving these days, and it is become depending on technology greatly.

For great optimism about inner happiness only to see the bright and beautiful side of things. People must delete all thoughts or ideas may lead to a negative situation. When they talk must be talking about the positive things because this will help them to become strong and withstand all the obstacles that they faced. For instance, giving yourself quite hour and focus on all the great opportunities that passed your and write them down in the paper until if there some obstacles in it. If people talk about negative things and this will be reflect on them and on their thoughts and actions.
